Days 1 - 2: Experience the Kalahari
After arriving at Maun Airport in Botswana, you’ll transfer to a shared charter flight to the Kalahari. Set on the edge of the vast and forbidding Makgadikgadi Pans, Leroo La Tau is a remote lodge overlooking the Boteti River, a vital lifeline for the area’s wildlife. Guests enjoy game drives and interpretive walks with expert guides and trackers. Between November and May, herds of migrating wildebeest and zebra arrive, attracting predators in large numbers. Not for nothing does the lodge name mean ‘Footprint of the Lion.’ Spot-lit night drives and bird watching complete the picture.
Days 3 - 4: An Exclusive Okavango Retreat
Flying from the Kalahari, you’ll soon notice the great wetlands of the Okavango Delta below you. Your destination is a private island at the heart of the delta and Xugana Island Lodge, a long-established camp with an intimate and romantic ambience. Xugana is a true water camp and guests enjoy boat-based game viewing and canoe safaris with local guides. It’s a fantastic area for bird watching and guests can enjoy a starlit supper on Xugana’s unique floating platform – pure African magic.
Days 5 - 6: Game viewing in Moremi
The Moremi Game Reserve is one of Africa’s most rewarding wildlife destinations. A blend of water and land habitats, Moremi promises diverse game viewing in a pristine and teeming environment. You’ll fly in by shared charter and stay at Camp Moremi, a classic tented camp set on the edge of a hippo-filled lagoon. Morning and afternoon game drives ensure you don’t miss a thing. Boat excursions on the lagoon are an opportunity to spot crocodiles and water birds. You can even try your hand at fishing too!
Days 7 - 9: Discover Savute
Savute is the wild heart of the Chobe National Park, an area of grassland and water in an ocean of dry woodland. You’ll fly in from Camp Moremi and settle in at Savute Safari Lodge. Its lovely chalets overlook the famous Savute Channel, a popular water source for Savute’s thirsty elephants. Savute is one of Botswana’s best destinations for predators and the conflict between lions and hyena is well documented. Leopards prowl Savute’s rocky hills while cheetahs and wild dogs chase down impala on the grasslands. Enjoy game drives with expert guides and star-studded nights with the call of the wild around you.
Days 10 - 11: The Chobe River

Guests at this majestic, Moor-inspired lodge can take advantage of its prime location right on the banks of the river. Game drives and boat safaris are offered along with sunset river cruises and specialist birding expeditions.
