Set on the grassy wetlands of the remote northern Okavango Delta, Kadizora Camp lies in a game-rich private concession. Such a location gives guests the opportunity to enjoy guided walking safaris as well as game viewing by 4X4. It’s also a place to sit back in a mokoro, the local canoe, and let the Okavango float by.

Newly constructed and accessible only by air, Kadizora offers ten luxuriously appointed tents. Each has comfy armchairs, an en suite bathroom and private delta views. You can even enjoy a star-lit shower. Small and intimate, Kadizora is ideal for honeymooners and discerning travellers but the four-sleeper tent is suitable for adventurous families with children between six and twelve.

The day generally begins with a tranquil canoe safari – ideal for photography and the best way to feel the slow pulse of the Okavango. After spending the day in the shade back at camp, you’ll enjoy the thrills of a game drive, your guide on the lookout for big game and big cats coming down to water to drink. At certain times of year it’s worth trying your luck with a fishing rod – see if you can’t catch the night’s surprise bar snack!

Lodge Highlights:

  • Intimate tented camp in private setting
  • Water & land-based game viewing
